Refund Policy

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has been dispatched we're unable to cancel it.

To cancel, email hello@rocketboogie.com right away with your order number in the subject line.

Returns

We're not able to accept returns at this time — unless your item arrived damaged.

If your order arrived damaged, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to contact us. Email hello@rocketboogie.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo showing the damage

We'll make it right as quickly as we can.
